Institutional Measures Covid-19
Following Arrangements are Ensured at Capitol Main Campus
1. During the lockdown period, teaching-learning has been taking place regularly as per our schedule through online mode.
2. We also adopted the online mode for the conduct of seminars, webinars, Quiz and other planned Co-Curricular Activities
3. Classes were held as per the Academic Calendar of the University via remote teaching. Institution will comply with the nationwide decision taken with regard to ‘stay @ home’ for students in order to stop the spread of COVID-19.
4. The initial step was to create quick awareness amongst faculty members and students.
5. We placed sanitizers at every entry and exit point.
6. In the PTM we discussed and educated about Corona virus and gave historical facts to them.
7. Shared the Information & Safety measures provided by the Central Board of Secondary Education.
8. The students had participated in all the Board activities to understand the Novel Corona Virus and the adoption of safety measures.
9. On the Campus, boards were put up so that students and visitors to campus were educated about the preventive measures.
10. Our campus was fumigated regularly and the supervisor personally supervised the cleaning of each and every room.
11. Updates were sent to the students through the Whatsapp group regularly.
12. We had opened and welcome students to campus with all precautions as per Government guidelines for grades VI to X.
13. Mandatory provision of sanitizer dispenser and thermal screening at the entrance.
14. Maintaining Social distancing norms.
15. Staff to wear gloves and take the required precautionary measures
16. Large gatherings to remain prohibited
17. Covid Center team comprising of coordinators/teachers/support staff will do everything in its capacity to ensure the safe learning of our students during these days.
